CTH: Everything about this statement from Project Veritas is an exhibition in trying to cover their ass.
Two weeks later…. they release a statement, essentially saying there was never an issue between the board of directors, employees of Project Veritas and James O’Keefe. If there never was an issue, why wait for two weeks to deny it? Yeah, the problems start with the central falsity and go downhill from there. MORE
Publicity stunt by James O’Keefe? I hope t6his isn’t the case.
But how much will their mission be diminished?
Sounds like a unsuccessful success as I’m sure many donors will cease to trust until the board is dissolved and replaced with trusted members. (If that’s even possible anymore)
in vino veritas
Project Veritas has done some good work – LOTS of good work.
I hope this doesn’t sully them, though there does seem to be a tad of disingenuity.
mortem tyrannis
izlamo delenda est …
O’Keefe’s mistake was letting the dirty motherfuckers anywhere near Project Veritas in the first place. Anyone with so much as a hint of progressivism whatsoever is there to infiltrate and either take over and corrupt the mission or destroy Project Veritas. “pronouns” were a dead give away that this individual should have never even been considered in the first place.
Any hint of “progressivism” is totally incompatible with the mission of Project Veritas. Progressives are progressives first, last and always. They are incapable of sincerity on any level and everything they do is in service of their Dark Prince. It is a huge mistake to concede good intentions to progressives and never warranted. The more they demand concession of good intentions on their part the more you keep reminding yourselves it’s a game they play and a trap.
I’ll keep track of O’Keefe, but Project Veritas is off my list. I don’t like traitors or liberal liars.
I suspect a lot of this came about from the arm-twisting that Big Pharma did to the board. We need to hear more about that!
Until I hear it, directly from James O’k, I don’t believe any of the PV BS
James: time to move on!
Day one back on the job, O’Keefe needs to issue a public statement saying EXACTLY what transpired, and what he’s going to do to ensure that it never happens again. Too much damage has been done to just sweep this under the rug and pretend it never happened.
Interesting he screwed with Pfizer and suddenly there’s an uproar in house. Wondering who got paid what on that one.
