FWIW and IMO, the whole shutdown thing has the shutdown of Christian worship as one of its major goals, banning gatherings of the Christian faithful the same way as was done in Rome in the old days and is currently being done in Communist and Muslim nations.

Pandemics, plaugues, starvation get people’s attention quick. God isn’t being hateful, He wants the world to understand the farther it strays away from God’s love and protection, the world will eventually self destruct.
