Hunter Biden expected to be deposed in defamation case filed by laptop repair shop owner: report

Just The News

Hunter Biden is reportedly going to be deposed in the Delaware civil defamation lawsuit filed by laptop repair shop owner John Paul Mac Issac.

Mac Isaac filed his case against the first son in October 2022, and the younger Biden’s expected deposition, as reported by Fox News on Wednesday, comes days after he entered a plea agreement with the Justice Department on two misdemeanor tax charges.

Hunter Biden filed a countersuit in March, claiming that Mac Isaac illegally distributed his personal data. That case also accuses the repair shop owner of six invasion of privacy counts.

Mac Isaac was seeking to have Hunter Biden’s lawsuit dismissed, but he was deposed in it by Biden’s attorneys for seven hours, the New York Post reported earlier this month. MORE

  1. …but he was deposed in it by Biden’s attorneys for seven hours…

    …Lawfare.

Like General Flynn, they will wear you out and bankrupt you, then move on to threatening your family if that doesn’t work.

This will never come to trial.

But they WILL make you spend yourself to death and be ready with judgements for Pedo Jr the furst time you miss a filing.
