  1. …as horrible as this story is, they cant charge the perv with rape. Dead people by legal definition cant be “raped”, only living people can.

Abuse of a corpse is the most they can charge him with, and maybe robbery, because a dead mans possesions belong to his heirs.

I find it a little hard to believe that no one else witnessed this tho.

Seems like theres quite a few sickos on the subway if they can tolerate all that…

  2. What have I been posting about the limit to the depravity of progs? Yea, no matter what you can possibly imagine they can meet and exceed that without even breaking a sweat. Where your imagination leaves off, the bastards are not even getting warmed up yet.

  3. Here’s a thought of the day for you…

…they see the man slump in the video, but since we dont know what the issue was we do not KNOW he was dead at this point. “Down” and “Dead” are not the same thing.

He COULD have suffered from a number of issues, from medical conditions to something ingested with the cigarette that could have interfered with his LOC and/or ability to move but not necessarily his ability to live.

Its possible he was still alive, then, when his assailant forced a member in his mouth, asphyxiating him with either occlusion or semen.

And it IS possible to tell at autopsy.

And it makes a difference. As before, you cannot legally rape a dead person, neither can you murder a dead person.

BUT, if the coroner can demonstrate he was NOT dead before the molestations and indeed died as a result of them, BOTH those charges are on the tabl…oh, right, NYC. Democrat coroner and Democrat prosecutor.

    Never mind…
