Idaho college town to pay $300,000 to Christians arrested for having an outdoor church service

JTN: A progressive college town in Idaho agreed to pay $300,000 to a group of Christians who were arrested for having an outdoor church service without masks during the COVID19 pandemic.

Moscow, Idaho announced the settlement last week, according to the Idaho State Journal.

In March 2021, a group of three Christians with Christ Church sued the city after they were arrested for singing outside their church in 2020 with no masks on.  more

  1. No, first the citizens got shafted and STOLEN FROM to pay the salaries of the scum who passed the law and the totalitarian thug cops who enforced it, and now they are going to be stolen from again to pay for this settlement. The money SHOULD come ONLY from the criminal city officials and cops involved. PERIOD.

  2. I’m sitting by with popcorn as a small town near me has a complete and utter meltdown over someone hanging up the Pine Tree flag (Appeal to Heaven). It was next to the Pride rainbow ribbon display as you drive into town.

On the town Community FB page, a very vocal LGBQT commenter sites an article from Medium about the flags meaning and it was carried by Christian haters and racists during the “insurrection.”😭

The town council ended up taking everything down. More people lost their minds over that. The council is going to set regs for displays now and there will be a town meeting about it.

No doubt there will be protests. The freakin leftists are spitting fire. People are getting blocked and tossed out of the forum for wrong think-for just saying even, “it’s nice to see that area without all the clutter.” Banned!

If it goes how I expect, Jason Rantz will do commentary about it soon enough. 🤦‍♀️

  3. I drove through there about a month ago and saw the sodomy flag on a restaurant. We ate at a family Mexican restaurant down the street. Our waitress said not everyone there is happy with the sodomy celebration. Meanwhile, in the other, much larger Moscow that sort of thing is illegal and not tolerated.
