Identifying Lt. Colonel Matthew Lohmeier’s real sin

Lt. Colonel Matthew Lohmeier, who commanded the 11th Space Warning Squadron at Buckley Air Force Base in Colorado, was recently relieved of command. Why?

The Communist News Network, or CNN, reports that a Defense Department official told them that “Lt. Gen. Stephen Whiting, Space Operations Command commander, relieved Lt. Col. Matthew Lohmeier of command…due to loss of trust and confidence in his ability to lead.” What did the lieutenant colonel do to betray trust and confidence?

Did Lohmeier sleep with a Chinese spy, making him a National Security threat? That would certainly result in a loss of trust and confidence in his ability to lead. No, but Democrat Congress-pronoun Eric Swalwell did. Swalwell was rewarded with an appointment to the House Intelligence Committee following revelations that he was compromised by a sexual relationship with a known Chinese spy.

Did Lohmeier receive questionable payments from shady business dealings with the Communist Chinese? Was he compromised by financial ties to China? That would certainly be suspicious and result in a loss of trust and confidence in his ability to lead. No, but Joe Biden and Hunter, his immoral, useless, criminal embarrassment of a son, did. Joe Biden is unpopularly believed to be the “President.”

Did Lohmeier encourage rioting and mob rule? That too would result in an erosion of trust and confidence in his ability to lead. No, he didn’t do that either. But Congress-pronoun Maxine Waters did when she called on protestors to “stay in the streets” and “demand justice” during the Derek Chauvin trial. Maxine Waters is still in Congress. MORE

  1. for 32 year liberal Presidents have promoted leftists to Flag ranks; with the one exception;ptiopn DON!
most, NOT ALL, our Gens. and Adms are Neo Commies.
Which is why when GWB’s man Austin said CRT will be part of the military they cheered!

  2. We are at war.
And in a state of war, truth cannot be tolerated.
The nihilistic totalitarians now in control cannot even tolerate facts, let alone truth.

  3. I have a sneaky suspicion about this LTC motives. Not that he is wrong on the subject but the timing and residual knock on effects of interweb financial support and book sales will more than adequately compensate him for his dismissal from command.

He is also still drawing his full salary, but when he exposed the flanks of his Colonel, and Commanding General he had to go.

In the military you are responsible for every action of every person below you and for supporting two ranks above you (if you agree with them or not).

The actions you take and decisions you make does not just affect you but all your subordinates and superiors as well.

His motives may have been pure or maybe just self interested but it was his lack of judgment that got him fjred.

I have commanded many times in my former career and it’s a solemn and heavy responsibility. As much as I would have personally agreed with him, I still would have relieved him myself.

The military is no longer apolitical since it has become infested with satanic communists and its being weaponized like all government entities by the forces of evil.

I don’t disagree with his concepts just his methods. He should have retired, then published.

I stand ready for your backlash, but unless you have actually walked the walk you may not understand my point of view.

  4. I agree with almost everything you said, Cisco Kid, except about his lack of judgment. He forced their hand “Retired Officer Writes Book” happens every day. Lohmeier made a judgment that our brass is corrupt beyond measure and did not merit the niceties of a tradition and code which they are busy trampling. The fact that he’s out and LTC Vindman is in speaks volumes about the corruption and and politics i festing out armed services.

  5. Thirdtwin,

I agree with you in theory but in reality as a Commander he is representing his troops, the Space Force and his command.

I agree that books by retired officers are a dime a dozen, but he had an ethical obligation to relinquish his command before he became overtly political in his public persona.

My point is that it is highly likely he used his status as a Commander (knowing he would likely be relieved) to draw attention to his book.

I completely and utterly agree with what he says, just not the way he said it.

If he was not a Commander do you think this would even make the news? That’s kind of my point.
