Breitbart: The illegal alien accused of killing 22-year-old Pierce Corcoran in Knoxville, Tennessee, has been granted a $3,500 bond that could allow him to be released from prison while he awaits trial.
As Breitbart News reported, Pierce Corcoran — an aspiring personal trainer — was killed in a head-on car crash allegedly caused by 44-year-old illegal alien Francisco Eduardo Franco-Cambrany days before New Year’s Eve.
The illegal alien, police said, was driving without a license and without proper registration for his vehicle. He has been charged with negligent homicide and driving without a license.
Now, Franco-Cambrany could be able to leave prison while he awaits trial for Corcoran’s death as General Sessions Court Judge Patricia Long granted a $3,500 bond, noting that agents with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency could take the illegal alien into custody should he be released. Long has required the illegal alien to wear an ankle monitor if he is released on bond. more

The only way he should be out of prison is if this air headed liberal judge agrees to go to prison for him.
This almost seems like the judge is saying “I’m letting you out if you want, but as soon as you walk out the door you’ll be deported.”
Do murder suspects normally get out with just a $3,500 bond and an ankle bracelet? Because now everyone knows. And Knoxville just opened up itself up for some ‘business’.
This illegal beaner will skip the skip the country in 3, 2, 1 and will reappear later someplace else in the country and do it all over again, guarandamnteed. And a $3500 bond is obscene, he should be in jail facing at least 2nd degree murder charges or worse for killing this young man. Judges like this one need to be publically challenged outside the courtroom. See her in a restaurant and politely ask her what her reasoning was to let a illegal (almost the definition of a flight risk) charged with at least manslaughter out on a pittance of bail (in fact doesn’t he only have to come up with 10% cash) with some airy declaration that ICE could pick him up. Ask whether she’s shirking her duty and responsibility as a Judge to keep the community safe? Take a page from the left/progs but do it politely. Make her feel that anytime she goes out she may be asked these questions.
