Wilmer Fuentes Mejia allegedly mowed down an American man with his vehicle in Durham, North Carolina, in September, according to WRAL. The foreign national — who had already been removed twice from the country — was previously arrested in 2020 for allegedly driving under the influence in Wake County, but was released by the county’s district attorney without bond.
The incident follows years of debate over sanctuary policy in Wake County and the repeated arrest and release of Iryna Zarutska’s alleged killer in nearby Mecklenburg County. more

We live in a Police State now. The police decide what laws they will enforce, when to defend the streets (and private businesses) and when to stand out and surrender to the mob. They decide who they will arrest (innocent folk trying to defend themselves) and who they will let go. They decide who is charged and who is not (solely based, not on any semblance of justice, but more randomly based on the social justice leanings of the community).
One aspect of Asian culture which I wish all nations would adopt: honor, and the individual’s responsibility to off himself if it is violated. This DA dishonored himself and the community; disembowelment with a sharp knife is the only appropriate solution.
If bartenders can be held liable for drunks that commit a crime then judges and DA’s that set criminals free should be held liable as well. Sue them into bankruptcy for life. They can then do the jobs that Americans won’t do…
I would never condone violence against a judge, but until some of these judges taste the sting if justice, this crap will go on.
1st apprehension with no other crimes: Conviction of a felony, rapid deportation with a suspended sentence. As a felon you no longer will be allowed into the USA WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
2nd apprehension with no other crimes: 1 year + remainder of the suspended sentence.
3rd apprehension: Capitol punishment, no appeals.
If you are convicted of ANY crime, you move up one level. Capital punishment for Killing someone, possession of ANYTHING that could be considered a deadly weapon (i.e., driving drunk even if there’s no accident) sex crimes. People will scream about executing grandma’s but there will be criminals executed long before grandmas. After about 3 executions there will be a MASSIVE self-deportation, on the order of 20 million in one weekend.
