DC: Democratic congressional aides made unauthorized access to a House server 5,400 times and funneled “massive” amounts of data off of it. But there’s nothing to see here, Democrats told the Washington Post: They were just storing and then re-downloading homework assignments for Imran Awan’s elementary-school aged kids and family pictures.
A congressional source with direct knowledge of the incident contradicted the Post’s account, saying that now-indicted IT aide Imran Awan and his associates “were moving terabytes off-site so they could quote ‘work on the files’” and that they desperately tried to hide what was on the server when caught, providing police with what law enforcement immediately recognized as falsified evidence and an indication of criminal intent.
The Post described the amount of data improperly flowing out of the congressional network as “massive.” One congressional source told Circa it was “terabits.”
A terabyte is a million megabytes; a terabit is about one-tenth of that. Awan’s three children are in elementary school or younger. A book report in Word document format could clock in at under a megabyte, even if it were 100 pages long. To fill a terabyte with family photos, a person would need 250,000 photos.
All Democraps are in fact immature children so it undoubtedly was their paperwork!
If stuff like this can’t motivate any republicants or independent goverment parasites to do a dam thing about it, then there is no reason to continue to fund the farce that our gubermint has become!
What will it take for everyone in this deep criminal conspiracy to be brought to justice? I know, it will be a cold day in hell.
Of course, Mueller will find NO CONNECTION
between all this and his “Russia Witch Hunt.”
How *inconvenient* for him. heh
US Justice Dept. = an enormous bureaucracy signifying nothing
typical “nothing to see” here defense. I aint buying that BS, especially from known liars. Mr. Sessions, would you kindly wake the fuck up and get to work.
How many emails did Hillary-the-Hag delete because they were only about yoga and wedding plans?
They have to come up with something better than homework!
That has to be the lamest taqiyah ever. Even lamer than the suitcase clock. And this same scumbag Awan wanted to go back to Pockiston because his son had a tummy ache. These demonic assholes sure do like to hide behind children, on the battlefield or off.
Wouldn’t it be easier to just let the dog eat your homework?
This is niggling, but there are 8 bits in a byte. I would expect a journalist writing about computers to have this basic knowledge. So ‘about one-tenth’ just seems poor journalism, or speaking down to the reader.
#petpeeves
I’m telling you, this Imran has some pretty damning stuff on these nitwits. There is no other reasonable explanation for why they are still to this day covering for him.
The wind blew and the sheet flew. How much of this crap do we have to take Beauregard?
Get to work or get the hell out and make room for somebody who will!
HEY! HRC has set the acceptable excuses bar very low, so any lib can make up anything to justify criminal or traitorous actions.
@Irate Nate; That excuse won’t work because they’re muslim.
Clock plans are big plans. Atomic clock plans are yuge!
“Yawn, another phony scandal,” said the dems and networks in unison.
Hillary hasn’t blamed him for her loss, yet?
What’s the penalty for using a government data server for personal use? What’s the penalty for perjury?
Apparently, whatever he actually put on and removed from the server was damning enough to make paying the penalty for perjury and unauthorized use of government resources look like gum ball money.
I could be wrong, but they seem to be studying international money transfers, tax shelters, currency exchange rates and influence bartering at a pretty young age.
Meanwhile our limp dick attorney general is doing what?
The server ate my homework – not a real good defense.
Two words “Public Hanging” . Times up ya sidewinding Dirt dweller, The smug look is goin to work it’s way up your throat !!!
What phokking attorneys general? We ain’t had one for years.
