JTN:
Demographically and regionally disparate efforts in Virginia to counteract the spread of “critical race theory” in public schools are underscoring the broad-based nature of the grassroots backlash against the ideology.
Critical race theory claims that essentially every major institution in the United States is tainted by, and works to promote, racism against nonwhite people. Long an esoteric academic specialty, CRT has exploded to the forefront of the U.S. culture debate in recent months.
Interest in and criticism of the theory has reached a fever pitch since the start of the year, thanks in part to public awareness efforts by activists such as Christopher Rufo, who has utilized social media to expose the significant amount of critical race theory present in U.S. elementary, middle and high schools.ย more
Teaching CRT when you have Governor Blackface?
Hmmmm…
The “teachers” (propagandists) keep pushing CRT, they’ll find out what “pushback” is when they start disappearing or are found as “strange fruit”.
Anywhere in Virginia isn’t very far from the Appalachian mountains. And there’s LOTS of places to hide the bod….evid….stuff. Yeah. That’s it. Hiding “stuff”. Just ask any moonshiners about hiding “stuff”.
And that’s not all the parents are noticing… The state quietly issued a directive that each school board had to write and implement transgender policy covering everything from pronouns to bathrooms to sports.
Here in the Shenandoah Valley, some clever local person or group created an official looking Facebook post, complete w/the county logo, that announced the school board meeting and this agenda (which, of course, the county was hoping to keep quiet). It spread to every hill and hollar in a day and brought every right thinking parent and grandparent to the meeting.
I certainly hope there is a whole lot of backlash against CRT. That sh*t needs to be stopped NOW.
Chris Rufo has been the watcher on the wall concerning CRT. If you need a quick/handy summary of what CRT is and why it’s a very bad thing for America to share with friends and family, here’s the issue of Imprimus in which his lecture at Hillsdale was adapted for publication: https://imprimis.hillsdale.edu/critical-race-theory-fight/
And I just learned of this organization: Moms for America – “Healing America from the Inside Out”
“A national movement of moms to reclaim our culture for truth, family, and freedom.”

Moms for America is putting on a series of summits in the next few months in various states. Like Rufo’s “Battlefront” organization, please look up MFA and let’s show them our support!
