    Jimmy’s Hash:

    2-3 medium-large Yukon Gold potatoes
    1 lb. lean, grass-fed beef
1 large, sweet red bell pepper
    2 medium-small organic zucchini
    5 large cloves of garlic
butter, olive oil, salt pepper, various spices, several skillets…

If you peel the potatoes, you’re fired! And if you can’t figure out what to do with the above ingredients to make this taste fantastic, you flunk (or just call me).

And if you’ve never tried it with fried eggs ‘n bacon over the top in the mornin’ – you ain’t Irish!

  2. Jimmy: Is that ground beef or just a slab of “grass” fed beef. I’m not Irish, but I do like a nice hash….corned beef that is. It isn’t hash without onions….gut or no gut. πŸ™‚

Oh and how do I really know that all the cow ate was grass?
