I thought Smithfield was not a Chinese company, according to their website that I read fairly recently. Supposed to be the finest hams on the market, and certainly the most costly. I fixed one last year for my family reunion and just finished off the frozen remains month or so ago with some bean soup. So I ate Chinese ham processed by refugees from somewhere? And I thought I was eating southern ham processed by Americans, am I ever disgusted–not to mention the funding of Wuhan lab that was going on before present administration!
