THROOP, N.Y. (AP) — How hot is it in upstate New York? So hot that horse manure is bursting into flames.
The state Department of Environmental Conservation says it received multiple complaints July 5 about the smell and smoke emanating from a burning pile of horse manure at a property in the town of Throop, in the Finger Lakes region 20 miles west of Syracuse. MORE

If only it was hotter in Philly now
With the right combination of heat and humidity, hay bales catch fire all the time. My sister’s barn caught fire that way. Large round bales will spontaneously combust as the center heats up, as will stacks of the smaller square bales if they are packed tight in the wrong conditions.
But it would be nice to see all the bullshit in D.C. catch fire and burn up. Hillary and Barry first.
They had to phone a government agency? No wonder there is so many departments when people like this think the first thought is the government ought to do something.
They had to phone a government agency for horse manure?
Sounds like a job taylor-fit for John Kerry!
Holy flaming shit Batman! Maybe some needs to get a large bag of that and deliver it to Gov. Cuomo’s and Mayor Diblasio’s front porch and ring the door bell and run like hell.

Horse manure. On fire. In the town of “Throop”. In the “Finger Lakes” area.

Tell me another one.
That’s some creative writing right there.
