NYP: INDIANAPOLIS — Former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle asked a federal appeals court on Friday to shorten the more than 15-year prison sentence he received for possessing child pornography and paying for sex with underage girls.
Fogle’s attorney argued that that the District Court judge in Indianapolis abused her authority by giving Fogle a sentence three years longer than the maximum term prosecutors agreed to pursue as part of his plea deal. more
He’s still alive? They’re not kind to child molesters in prison.
Tack on another 5 years for being a whiny bitch.
And the more he whines and brings himself back in front of the media, the more Subway’s sales probably suffer. Subway will probably have him whacked.

If he opens his new snatch to complain, double it again.
Then release him to general population.

Sounds like Jared isn’t the one calling the shots in prison and that his partners are considerably larger, heavier and hairier.
I always thought there should be a single room in the prison, for the worst of the worst, where they toss a couple of Big Buford® burgers in there twice a day and let ’em fight over it. That’s where Fogle belongs!
He needs to spend time with the parent of those abused children. A few hours a day for the rest of his worthless life.
If Jared doesn’t get the daily foot long, he’ll definitely be taking a six inch.
I’m sure the kids he abused would like their unreasonable mental injuries reduced.
People rarely recover to their true potential after child molestation.
