NYP:
Ex-CNN boss Jeff Zucker reached an eight-figure settlement with WarnerMedia over his sudden departure last month, according to a report.
Zucker, who left abruptly after failing to disclose a romantic relationship with a colleague, would waive his right to sue his former employer under the deal, Deadline said Tuesday.
Word of the settlement came after Zucker reportedly hired a heavyweight law firm to put WarnerMedia on notice that CEO Jason Kilar’s characterization of his departure bordered on defamatory.
The media conglomerate was said to not be interested in another wave of bad press that could accompany a prolonged civil suit, according to the article.
Zucker resigned on Feb. 2 for failing to disclose his long-term relationship with Allison Gollust, a former top aide of ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo who became chief network spokesperson. more
The settlement proves that the relationship wasn’t the reason he was fired/resigned.
As long as CNN get’s nailed for anything that’s all that matters.
I don’t understand … who cares who he boinks? And why would he have to “disclose” it?
As Bill Clinton said: “Everybody lies about sex.”

In the not too distant future that pretend news network will have to change their name to the Rittenhouse Zucker Sandmann Network.
This was a wise move on CNN’s part. And now they will have to pony up similar money to Chris Cuomo, who is threatening, in a similar lawsuit, to expose the network and their complicity in helping Andrew’s campaign, doing hit research on his detractors, and feeding him bullet points in crafting his image and his agenda. What a bunch of vipers.
And it also reveals the level at which women will debase themselves, sleeping with such repulsive Quisimoto clones like Zucker, all for a paycheck. Ladies, you can do better.

Settlement for cheating on his wife, violating work place rules, ethics?
I guess that’s how things are run at CNN.
The personal department has to be more careful about what kind of mother zucker they hire.
