And how much money as an “influencer” will this aged-out and too-old-to-make-it-in-the-porn-industry-anymore has-been woman who is only just now “getting baptized” plan to make telling her new audience of hoped-for-gullible-marks how “to find Jesus”.
Real change is possible. God knows whether it’s for the right reasons and will judge accordingly.

Good on her. For some historical context, St. Augustine, a 4th century influential theologian, was a self-admitted hedonist prior to his conversion to Christianity. Augustine rose to be a bishop of the early church, and some of his writings later influenced both the Catholic church and later reformers such as Martin Luther. Although Augustine continue to struggle with some of his vices, there is no evidence that his conversion was not sincere.
Some here are missing the point. Of course, we should rejoice whenever a lost sheep is found, but her job is not to help others find Jesus, it is to shut her trap and go work on herself. She should emulate Mary of Egypt;

A current convenient path for ex OF girls and pornstars is to “find Jesus”. dont think many jameson followers will change their ways because of the announcement. think her announcement was to solidify her choice to become something more than a human chalkboard. im sure her followers would rather her continue the self degradation. the publicly social peer pressure must be a great temptation. then there is money. i hope/pray she makes the change.

Considering how tormented she felt and badly she must have not valued herself to be used as she was in porn, Christ’s forgiveness and salvation has to feel like heaven on earth for her. Look at the profiles of people who perform in porn. They are utterly broken people and mental illness is a given.
