4. It was my understanding that Trump could not fire Powell because except for misconduct or malfeasance and I’m sure “pissing off the President” wouldn’t be considered misconduct or malfeasance.

Am I understanding correctly that one of the “Biden pardon” recipients has to be charged with something supposedly covered by the pardon and it go through the legal process in order to find out if the pardon is valid? Yeah that’s a convoluted sentence but I reworded it 3 times and still don’t know if I’m asking the right question.

   But I mean how else are we going to find out? They have to be challenged some way.
