On Tuesday, a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit that had been filed by disgraced former National Security Council aide Alexander Vindman against former President Donald Trump.
Politico reports that Mr. Vindman’s lawsuit, which claims that his civil rights had been violated by several top Trump Administration officials, was thrown out by Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court. Mr. Vindman specifically named Donald Trump Jr., former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, former Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino, and former Deputy White House Communications Director Julia Hahn as the officials who he believed had smeared him publicly. more

Looks like Vindman is not going to get rich quick. He needs to get a job with Waste Management riding a truck and emptying garbage cans into it, since he is such a pile of garbage himself. He will feel right at home.
“Disgraced” implies some level of acknowledgment by, or some noticeable effect on, one so designated. With Vindman, I see no sign of either.
Vindman’s filing suit was the act of a partisan and vindictive asshole, but Vindman was a partisan and vindictive asshole before he embroiled himself in the Trump/Ukraine fiasco. His character and reputation were not affected by anybody calling him a partisan and vindictive asshole, and he’s never acknowledged being a partisan and vindictive asshole, and so he can’t honestly be called “disgraced”.
He has, however, engaged in disgraceful behavior, so he ought to be disgraced. He simply lacks the character and self-awareness to be.
