Conservative activist group Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit Monday demanding police and medical examiner investigations into the death of Ashli Babbitt, who was fatally shot by a U.S. Capitol Police officer during the Jan. 6 riot.
The lawsuit against the Washington, D.C., government seeks all investigative reports, photographs, witness statements, dispatch logs, ballistics and officials’ electronic communications regarding the investigation into Babbitt’s death.
Judicial Watch said it filed a FOIA request for the records on April 9, but has yet to receive a response.
Failure to provide the requested data in a timely manner should be punished as a crime with mandatory jail time for all leaders involved.
They would have turned over the information but they can’t find it. The computers that stored it was made by the same company that made the video system that was monitoring Jeffery Epstein.

I think this is being covered up because she was either shot by a high ranking member of the CPF or by one of those thuggish private security employed by high ranking democrats or, even possibly, by a democrat congresscunt itself.

What is (or has been) going on in this Country since 911…or sooner? What are our “elected” politicians, appointees, and agencies been doing behind American’s backs for so long, especially after the last presidential election?
Makes me ask, Are the American people being run and indoctrinated by a powerful cabal of ruthless politicians, agencies and criminals, all along?
