Every official needs to be accountable for his actions.
Subject to lawsuit, fine, dismissal, execution, … whatever.
If a “judge” releases a suspect who commits a crime, the “judge” should be held responsible as accomplice.
If a FedGov sniper kills an innocent (say, an unarmed woman holding her baby) he should be liable for that murder (he certainly committed it).
If the Police Force executes a warrant at the wrong location, they should be liable for any, and all, damage to property and life (NOT the taxpayers, the individuals, themselves).
But we live in a culture of irresponsibility. The Gov’t isn’t responsible for anything and all damages are paid by the people persecuted. “Judges” are free to act without scruple, as are the police and the secret police, as well as treacherous and treasonous politicians.
What we tolerate, we get.
If we refused to allow the likes of Schumer, Waters, and Pelosi to lie, cheat, and steal: they wouldn’t.
If we refused to allow violations of the Constitution: they wouldn’t happen.
If we refused to allow illiterate (having never read the Constitution) amoral anti-American maggots on the Supreme Court: they wouldn’t be there.
