I doubt very much that Harris will ever need to cast a tie-breaking vote in the Senate. There are too many Romneys, Collins, Murkowskis, etc., willing to break ranks for that ever to be necessary.

The moron comes across as trying to convey her “superior intelligence” as in “I’m such a funny person, look at me. I “get” the joke more than you and am superior.
