Kari Lake, who serves as President Donald Trump’s top adviser to the U.S. Agency for Global Media, has officially dismissed more than 500 Voice of America employees, the former journalist announced Friday evening.
Lake sent termination letters to 532 employees of the broadcaster and its parent company late on Friday. “The U.S. Agency for Global Media initiated what is known as a reduction in force, or RIF, of a large number of its full-time federal employees,” Lake wrote, adding that this would “help reduce the federal bureaucracy … and save the American people more of their hard-earned money.” more
Not sure if they qualify as bureaucrat (are they making policy?), but I still approve. Would like to know how she chose which ones to let go.
I could see them being a part of the deep state with altered or incomplete info being propaganda against Trump’s policies.

I believe, according to the article, that the 532 are actually part of the 1,400 that Trump laid off in March, but there have been court-imposed hurdles for some of them until now.
But a judge said she couldn’t fire the voa boss I saw yesterday.
Love this Lady. After this VOA stint, I hope Trump keeps her around and in my dreams, after voter reform, she runs again for AZ gov and wins.
