Patriot Retort: For the eighth time this month, a lid has been called by Team Biden first thing in the morning.
Now, before 2020, nobody had any idea what this “inside baseball” term meant. Then along came old “Lid” Biden, and we’ve all become experts.
The campaign calls a “lid” as a way to let reporters know not to bother turning up for the day because nothing’s gonna happen with the candidate. He won’t be emerging from his basement for a public event, speech, interview or campaign stop.
And Team Joe puts a lid on Hidin’ Biden quite a lot.

It looks like my morning cup isn’t the only kind of Joe that doesn’t make it past 9A.M.
It’s probably been said a million times but that pic of Joe could easily be mistaken for the banjo player in Deliverance.
Joe’s not quite as bright though!

Now they are using them to find their candidates.
Since “Sequester” is too large for the “Progs” to read, pronounce, or write/spell, understand, they are using the term “Lid”.
This term comes from a very common problem found in many senior care facilities. Dementia patients often forget to lift the toilet lids before attending to their personal business. Perhaps someone with a twisted sense of humor, or someone just tired of cleaning up after Dementia Joe, came up with this term. “For our sake Joe, could you remember to lift the lid next time!” Paging Dr. Jill!
I’m gonna guess that they think they have a med that helps him, but they don’t want him to build a tolerance to it. He’ll be taking frequent ‘holidays’ between appearances, so whatever his dosage is, it has maximum effect. He’s probably going to get a pelosi level dosage of botox to his forehead before the first debate, so that will also keep him off the streets for a few days, just so he doesn’t have a face like harris did when in public.
Put the lid down on Joe…
