Naaah. A couple acres per napalm bomb is not enough and way more missions than needed. Full strength Roundup or break out the old Agent Orange and you can do hundreds of acres per spray mission.

Go fix that problem (hoof and mouth disease) and a lot of the rural folk in Afghanistan will go back to a semi nomadic goatherd lifestyle and leave that poppy crap to the city folk
