(CNSNews.com) – White House Economic Adviser Larry Kudlow told “Fox News Sunday” that he doesn’t understand the Democrats’ criticism of President Donald Trump’s handling of the economy, given its recent success.
Kudlow was asked to respond to the Democratic presidential candidates’ assertion that the U.S. economy isn’t working for all Americans.
Fox News host Chris Wallace showed a clip of the first Democratic presidential debate when Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) said, “When you’ve got an economy that is great for those with money and isn’t doing great for everyone else, that is corruption, pure and simple. We need to call it out, we need to attack it head on.”
“Yes, I just don’t understand in general. I hear some of their policies, and I hear some of their narrative. I don’t understand what planet they’re describing. The United States economy is booming. It’s running at roughly three percent average since President Trump took office two and a half years ago,” Kudlow said.
“On this business about bad distribution, the blue-collar workers, the nonsupervisory workers have done the best. They’re the ones running wages at three and a half percent. Their growth and incomes and wages is exceeding the growth of their supervisors. The unemployment rate is low. We just had the best June stock market, the Dow Jones, in over 80 years. That’s going to fill up the 401(k)s of middle-class folks everywhere,” he said.
“I just don’t understand that. This is very important. These are factual issues, OK? I understand that there’s a political spin, but these are factual, measurable areas, and I would just say, I do not understand their narrative. We are in a strong prosperity cycle, “ Kudlow said.

The Democrats don’t need to understand economics because the petulant children that are their constituents have no understanding and thus in their ignorance embrace the “Gimme. Gimme, Gimme” platform of said democrats.
Larry, they’re fascist. They want to seize power and loot the counrty. They dont want to work or invest.

With democrat hack politicians, it’s pretty simple. If the US economy is booming for honest working people, then it’s a shit economy for the democrats and their shit humanity base. Because, to them, wealth not stolen from honest working people has no value at all.
To the Democrats, “isn’t doing great for everyone else” means people that used to be welfare dependents are leaving the status and becoming economically independent and the Democrats might lose them as an automatic Democrat vote.
Larry, you should know by now that it is in the dems’ interest to make implicit the false idea that the economy is a zero sum game, and with that idea underlying their twisted words, encourage envy¹ and jealousy² in the minds of that part of the electorate they wish to persuade to vote for them.
The economy is not, of course, a zero sum game, because much of economic activity is the creation of new wealth. It is only in the absence of new wealth creation that the size of the pie stays the same.
