Lauren Witzke: ‘I WILL Be Pursuing Legal Action’ Against Wells Fargo, ‘We’re Fighting Back’

National File:

Lauren Witzke, the former Republican candidate for U.S. Senate and political pundit who Wells Fargo admits to debanking, is now pledging to take legal action against the American multinational financial services company for what she calls the politically motivated decision to terminate her bank account, leaving her stranded out of state with no access to her funds.

“Just an update on the Wells Fargo issue. I WILL be pursuing legal action and filing complaints against WF for violating federal and state banking laws, discriminating against me for my religious/ political beliefs, and violating my consumer rights,” Witzke wrote in her Telegram channel, before noting that she was stranded out of state with no access to her finances when Wells Fargo closed her account. “We’re fighting back. Hold the Line now, or lose everything and be thrown in the gulags later.” MORE

  1. What may be the most dishonest company in history, certainly in the running, is supposedly upholding some sort of moral integrity by debanking* peaceful Conservative citizens who don’t have a Democrat viewpoint.

  2. I was never a voluntary Wells Fargo customer – they took over my bank in 2006. I was never too happy with them mainly because I would get four or five “incredible” offers every month along with a prepaid envelope so I could sign up but the credit card bill always required a stamp.

The day after I heard they contributed 200k to the Obama campaign I closed my accounts. Everything I’ve heard about WF since has convinced me that was the right decision.

By the way, I always return prepaid envelopes usually empty but occasionaly with enough scrap paper to make it postage due.

  5. All American banks are zombie banks to the FED. Your great grand parents are to thank. Two Constitutional Amendments usurped our free economy, and basically killed states rights in Congress.

  6. I’ve long ago noticed the likelihood of me TU-ing a comment relies heavily on the last statement in the post. Better to be a summation/conclusion. Logical or not.

If the prior part of the post was an excellent setup, they may even get a bonus TU post that everyone can join in.

Fred, on the other hand, is working out some self-therapeutic issues publicly. Engage at your own peril.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
