Breitbart: The senior counsel for the House intelligence committee is urging lawmakers to seek a contempt of Congress citation against the FBI and Justice Department for not turning over requested documents related to the Trump dossier, according to Fox News.
The committee subpoenaed the documents in late August but is facing stonewalling by the FBI and DOJ. Attorney General Jeff Sessions has recused himself from the Russia matter and cannot force them to turn over the documents, and Obama-era officials still at the DOJ are suspected of slow-rolling the request.
Some of the documents were shaken loose after House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) called on them to comply.
President Trump urged them to hand over the information immediately, as well as an FBI witness.
“The House of Representatives seeks contempt citations(?) against the JusticeDepartment and the FBI for withholding key documents and an FBI witness which could shed light on surveillance of associates of Donald Trump. Big stuff. Deep State. Give this information NOW! @Fox News,” he tweeted Wednesday.
I just sent this in to Fur……..something along the same lines, BUT, his story has info on an FBI agent sending anti-Trump/Pro Killary text messages……..and this ass was investigating the Killary email scandal AND recently the Trump/Russia non-collusion….

Apparently there are still some empire builders in the FBI, firing everyone in “management” be a good start.
Weeding out every Barry holdover would be a very good start for Justice Department also.
Start with a relatively clean slate.
That ‘contempt’ thing really blew Eric Holder out of the water. Remember how it just fucked up his life afterward? Oh… wait.
Somebody help me with this one: why, if a subpoena has been issued and the agencies refuse to comply can the president not send in armed members of the military to seize them (assuming someone knows where they’re located)?
DoJ could choose to enforce Congressional subpoenas.
If, you know, we had an Attorney General.
Failing that, yes POTUS could send in Federal muscle to “assist” Congress.
An attorneys general? We got one of those?
Select a high ranking individual and order him to get the information, not the agency. You can’t jail an agency.
