Just The News: The family of the Delaware shop owner who says he came into possession of a laptop purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden first tried to turn over the computer to the FBI in summer 2019 but was rebuffed, only to have agents return months later during President Trump’s impeachment proceedings, his lawyer said Thursday night.
In a lengthy statement to Just the News, attorney Brian Della Rocca provided a detailed timeline of the actions his client, John Paul Mac Isaac, says he took in trying to get authorities to investigate the laptop.
The lawyer also decried public figures on both sides of the aisle for politicizing the episode and for attacking the Delaware computer repairman without having the facts.
Mac Isaac “unwittingly became the target of a smear campaign by doing what he thought was right,” Della Rocca said. “John Paul is not a right-wing fanatic, nor is he a Russian hacker.”
In the statement that was originally drafted to be an op-ed, Della Rocca made several new revelations about the laptop that has stirred worldwide political intrigue on the eve of the American presidential election, an FBI investigation, and a news media and social media censorship campaign. Among the revelations:
- A man claiming to be Hunter Biden dropped off three laptops on April 12, 2019 to Mac Isaac’s shop to be repaired, and returned two days later with an external hard drive. The man believed to be Hunter Biden eventually abandoned one of the laptops and the external hard drive without paying for them.
- Mac Isaac’s father, a retired Air Force colonel, first tried to provide a copy of the laptop to an FBI office in Albuquerque, N.M., in summer 2019, but the bureau turned him away.
- FBI agents from Albuquerque, N.M., contacted the father in October 2019, as impeachment proceedings were ongoing in Washington, to discuss the laptop and then to interview the younger Mac Isaac in Delaware. A few weeks later, FBI agents in Delaware seized the original laptop from Mac Isaac.
- On Oct. 13 of this year, Hunter Biden’s attorney contacted Mac Isaac to discuss the hard drive and followed up with an email but no further action.

With the advent of unconstitutional “Federal Agencies” they have evolved into an independent government after the Obama Administration capable of playing the role of bag man, coverup, and disinformation for corrupt politicians and other agency personnel in ripping off the American tax payer… But that’s just a personal pessimistic guess in light of the fact I have met and known very dedicated and patriotic agents who would die to defend their Country.

My thoughts, really? Well where the fuck are they? If I’m in an institution like the FBI or the ATF and there’s management not only allowing but AWARDING MEDALS to a sniper that has senselessly and needlessly killed an unarmed woman, if I feel as you have described, I am either spending the rest of my career seeing the right thing done or I’m outta there.
I could easily rattle off a dozen major fuck ups like this with absolutely no repercussions for the guilty. I can only wonder how many incidents have been successfully hidden.
I imagine most rational men that are agents & feel the way you describe and knowing the inner workings of these agencies opt out.

When I see images of dozens of FBI agents taking a fucking knee, with not a word EVER from on high not to pull that shit coupled with FBI Directors like Wray and Mueller, you can take your fantasy land POV and stick it.
These institutions are rotten and they are rotten top to bottom. Gun grabbers run the ATF, paranoid globalists run the CIA & NSA and criminals covering up for our pols run the FBI. And they all collect information to hold over the pols as well.

Nest time you run into one of these wonderful public servants who would die for their country, ask them why they are party to an institution that hides exculpatory information & allows the President to be impeached.
The only person who has been—and will ever be—convicted in the Russia Collusion hoax is an FBI lawyer. And three years from now—IF Trump wins—here may be another FBI lawyer sacrificed in the Biden Corruption investigation. We can only hope that Wray isn’t there to preside over that scapegoating.
The FBI ignored and then hid the evidence contained on Humper Biden’s hard drive. This was done during a time when President Trump was being impeached for things that the Biden Family was guilty of committing in Ukraine. What did FBI Director Wray know and when did he know it? This information was in the hands of the FBI during the time period when Dementia Joe Obiden was running for the nomination. The contents of Humper’s hard drive clearly indicates that the Biden Family was engaged in criminal and even traitorous behavior. Why wasn’t this information released to the proper Congressional Committees and the National Security Council? Corruption at the highest levels of the FBI must be investigated and exposed as soon as Congress reconvenes. The coverup is just another example of how corrupt the Deep State became under eight years of Fundamental Destruction during the Osmidgen-Obiden Administration.
The bottom line is that if Joe Biden is elected all of this goes away. That’s been the goal of many politicians, the FBI, and other deep state operatives.
Hillary was supposed to get elected and take care of all of this and when that failed everyone else stepped in to do the job.
And because the public hasn’t heard any of this due to all the coverups they will probably end up with Joe Biden taking care of it before they push him out of office.
And then they will use it against Joe Biden and say oh my gosh how terrible he can no longer be our president we had no idea what was going on.
Our government is corrupt top to bottom and a few good guys don’t stand a chance at cleaning it out.

I had an opportunity to work with the FBI on a sting operation. For a year. A couple employees of a major defense contractor was trying to extort money out of us. Dumber than a box of rocks. Constantly accusing us of being the bad guys well after they had every damn phone in the place tapped. That was a terrible experience. They don’t like when you continually refer to them as Dick Tracey.
