Lawyer Suing for Children Harmed by Critical Race Theory at School

Neon Nettle-

A New York lawyer has started filing lawsuits against “woke schools on behalf of children who have been harmed by learning the Marxism-based Critical Race Theory (CRT).

37-year-old New York attorney Jon O’Brien is making a practice area out of fighting for students subjected to a caustic ideology like CRT in public schools.

He vows to hold schools accountable for pushing divisive theories onto children, replete with the memorable phone number 1-866-SUE-WOKE.

O’Brien was a slip-and-fall and fender-bender lawyer until he began representing Gabrielle Clark.

  2. I guess that means me being a dominate cracker, far superior being over these woktards, I can assert my dominance and demand they all fall back in line and STFU, right? lol.

  3. Pretty soon we’ll all be wearing “scarlet letters” for one thing or another. “R” for republican. “C” for Christian. “U” for unvaxxed. “G” for gun owner. “I” for insurrectionist.

    …no need, if you’re White.

They just take it as a given that White skin implies all that other stuff.

…kind of what CRT is all about, really…

  5. First of all CRT is getting a huge amount of public awareness recently.
That’s great – because the teachers’ and school boards’ goals were to teach it without parents knowing.
Seems to me that it is getting removed everywhere it sees sunlight, that the school boards’ and teacher’s unions’ heavy-handed tactics are failing them.
Now we need to do the same with school choice – which is happening.

And more important than both of those is addressing the sex education push for normalization of pedophilia.

“I haven’t heard much from the American Civil Liberties Union lately.”

Thats ’cause they’re busy attacking cops as racist while undermining any semblance of election integrity so they can keep the Woke ball rolling.

    As usual.

Yep, sure am glad they’re out there keeping the cops from applying any laws to minorities while helping to disenfranchise White people on behalf of Democrats, maybe they should change their name to the ANTI American Civil Liberties Union, it’s a lot closer to their TRUE mission while simultaneously putting decent folk on notice that the ACLU ain’t there to help THEM…

“Over the last week, ACLU staff across the country have worked as legal observers; educated protesters about their rights; been arrested, tear-gassed and hit with rubber bullets; challenged curfews; organized town halls; talked to victims of police abuse; donated money to Black Lives Matter, local bail funds and other groups; and strategized about transformational change.”

“On Jan. 6, 2021, millions watched, horrified, as agitators hellbent on overturning the election results and disenfranchising Black and Brown voters staged an insurrection on the Capitol, fueled by demonstrably false allegations of voter fraud.”

  8. Those celebrating the demise of CRT in academia are way premature, even delusional, CRT is not going anywhere.

The only reason it is getting any ink at all now is because present-day hucksters like Nicole Hanna Jones gave it a name, a movement to supercharge its inclusion aimed at the very young. But it has been around since the 1970s. Hell, I remember dealing with it when my kid was in grammar school, back in the late ’90s.

Victimization, racial equity, white privilege, intersectionality, that white supremacy is a social construct, not the result of the individual racist but emblematic of the system as a whole, of all American institutions, all these edicts have been a staple of our educational system for many years.

And I don’t buy the notion that most teachers that teach this crap know it’s wrong but are afraid to buck the system and speak out. They are to a large extent all social converts themselves, faithful adherents that believe they have a mission, a calling to educate. Social/cultural manipulation is part of that education.

  9. That would be all students who are exposed to it. There is absolutely nothing positive about any aspect of this crap. Nothing good comes of it whatsoever and it is an unmitigated plague.

You got that right. George Soros has way to much money invested in it.

  11. He was probably never bothered by the insanity until it finally bit him on the ass!
Now being a true opportunistic lawyer he sees a way to capitalize on it.

The answer I yes, a million times yes!

I could not find the article I read 2 days ago. But q weather couple is suing a Roman Catholic school in ‘FLs for teaching CRT; which they say is anti Christian!

If school takes $ from tax;ayesrs it must do what taxpayers want!

“He who pays the proper calls the tune!”! Has always been true.

Reason #765 Ronny was the best :President ever. He submitted a budget for Dept Ed of $0 (ZER0) 8 straight years. A lib named Bob D. defeated Ronny 8 straight years. Why I did not vote for Dole!
