It didn’t used to be. But then Hunter went to a rehab place in Malibu.

It may very well be the trafficking hub, but my guess is that Washinton DC pulls all the strings. Otherwise, it would have been shut down long ago.
I still can’t understand why we care. I worry more about illegals coming into this country than drugs. Drugs cannot kill me – illegals surely can, either through overt acts or the diseases they carry.
