I try not to judge. I don’t see people as fat, I think they’re just big for their size.

The scary part is it’s almost too true to be satire.

Like Tim, I don’t judge.
But please excuse me, when any body tops 200 lbs. At what point, when you are looking in the mirror do you say, damn this looks good , I think i will add more.

Great video, Owen. But, keep your radar on.

I married too young. I let my high school “sweetheart” pressure me into marriage before I was ready. That’s the only regret I have in life. I was not quite twenty. She was 116 pounds when we married and twenty years and four children later she filed for divorce claiming she needed to find herself, what ever the heck that means. The day she filed, she weighed 255 pounds. She didn’t battle weight nearly as hard as she struggled to find ways to hide her excessive eating from me. I did everything I could to support her and I never would have left her because of her weight. During the divorce hearing, she asked the judge to make me pay for a bariatric surgery. The judge declined and said she had a lot of nerve asking that. She got the surgery and lost 120 pounds and got a guy to marry her. When she regained the weight, he left her for a skinny, young thing. Karma, I guess. I can’t imagine what’s in store for her for killing our first child in a San Francisco abortion clinic in 1973 without my knowledge.

Fat is 90% water. So they’re not really fat, they’re drowning

What a sad, sad story, Hambone. I hope your life has picked up since.

@ Lady In Red Thanks! It has. I have a pretty darn good life, now and four good sons to show for it.

Being fat vs blaming others for being fat. I tell my wife to put down the fork, she says she only eats an apple and a banana all day and claims she gains weight. She doesn’t blame anyone, it’s just a big mystery, even climate science can’t explain it.

@ Hambone
I’m so sorry for the loss of your child. Ask God to help you forgive your ex if you already haven’t. Eating disorders extremely often are an aftermath of abortion, as is drug abuse, compulsive spending, alcohol abuse, PTSD, child abuse of the living children, promiscuity, etc., not to mention physical problems relating to future pregnancies.
If you have not yet done so yet, please claim your child as your child, tell Jesus that you want baptism for your child, and name your child even if you need to pick a name that is suitable for either a boy or a girl.
It’s obvious that you carry this child in your heart. God bless you and yours.

Ah, Hambone. I feel your pain. Dad of 4 with 3 still alive and never knew about the one I’m missing until too late.
There are many things we don’t have control over that effect us deeply. This could be a long conversation over some beers, but not here.
