Warning, contrarian take to follow;
As I’ve stated here several times, nobody deserves to spend four years in prison without due process, without a writ of charges submitted, without the advice of counsel, and a speedy trial or appropriate bail. Not only should j6 treatment of prisoners be at the top of the list for Bondi and Tulsi, but every GOP senator should wake up every day with this mission,”What will I do today to right this wrong and bring those responsible to justice”.
Having said all that, this guy acted like your typical ANTIFA thug, and by his own admission had a deadly weapon in his possession and was looking for payback.
There were hundreds (?) of folks there who did nothing wrong, did not enter The Capitol, were there only to “peacefully” protest, and were later jailed. This guy was not one of them.
Whether he assaulted cops, damaged property, or did anything else criminal, I don’t know, but Florida can do better than this guy.
Yes, he is owed compensation in some form or another, as all the j6’ers who had their rights violated, but not a Senate seat.

^^^^^^ Most peeps had this guy pegged for an undercover ANTIFA goof. He definitely wanted violence and came prepared. He’s the guy that started North American Patriot and Liberty Militia, or Napalm. What a nice name. I think we need to be real careful about who we let into our little club. If there was a guy that should have been charged it was this guy.
