RUSH: Can I ask you a simple question? Who won the Cold War? What’s the answer? Who won the Cold War? The United States won the Cold War? No, we didn’t. No, we didn’t. We did not crush Russia. We did not crush communism. It’s still taught in America universities. Communism, anti-Americanism is at an all-time high at all levels of American education and culture. It is what is cool, it is what is hip. Look at Kaepernick. Look at all these protests. Look at the anti-cop stuff.
The anti-American founding, anti-America, period, meme and narrative is more popular than ever at an all-time high at educational institutions all over this country. How is that possible after — we did, in terms of the Cold War, the Russians gave up. The Soviet Union gave up and the wall came down. Why didn’t communism get buried at the same time? Because it sure as hell did not. Communism is as big and powerful and pervasive in this country as it has ever been. It has taken over the Democrat Party. It has taken over Hollywood. It has taken over the entertainment industry.
If it’s defined by America sucks, America’s bad, America’s racist, America’s discriminatory, the cops are bad, America is flawed, where does that come from? It comes from communism. It comes from the Soviet Union. Vladimir Putin was at the KGB during the Soviet Union’s primacy. Where is he today? He is the president of the Soviet Union, i.e., Russia. The media are in the tank for socialism. BOTH major political parties (and most of the minor) are fundamentally socialist. Socialism has become the water in which we swim and the air in which we breathe, so to speak. We cannot seem to conceive of any political trajectory that isn’t steeped in socialism – which is sad – because socialism kills the soul – demands universal obeisance – is founded in Evil – and ALWAYS leads to nihilism and a culture of death and hatred.

TRUMP is the first candidate I know of who has proposed elimination of the EPA. That would be a start.

The U.S. won the Cold War as it was waged against foreign nations. But the U.S. did not prevail against the 5th column in this country. There are too many so-called educators and professioal malcontents whose very existence was, and is based upon communism and these people have not been debunked and defeated.
For educators and government employees, socialism/communism works just fine, thank you very much. The problem is that these folks are literally killing the golden goose – the parasites’ livelihood is based upon the private sector which the parasites desire to kill off.
Socialism and communism is rampant in education; I had numerous professors who were admitted communists. They were also idiots who championed a system that has never worked, but the fact remains that they “teach” millions of impressionable students this garbage. The system works for them because they produce nothing and contribute nothing.
The fact that our economy has not yet collapsed is a testament to the strength of our basically capitalist system – we continue on despite our political class. But at some point the end will come, and I think that any U.S. economic collapse will alter the world as we know it.
