Los Angeles City Councilman Arrested For Blocking ICE Facilities

DC: Los Angeles Democratic City Councilman Mike Bonin was arrested for blocking Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities alongside 18 protesters Monday.

Bonin, along with Rabbi Jonathan Klein, led the civil disobedience to end family detention. The Occupy ICE L.A. movement is part of ongoing demonstrations against President Donald Trump’s zero-tolerance policies to end illegal immigration.
