Man Called 911 After Pig Started Following Him Home

KFI:

An Ohio man was walking home from an Amtrak station just before 5:30 in the morning when a pig started following him. The pig began nudging the man’s leg in an attempt to get him to pet it.

The man was not sure what to do, so he called 911. When the North Ridgeville Police Department received his call, they assumed that he was drunk and that he was making up the story about the friendly pig.

It turned out that the man was “very sober” and was indeed being followed by a pig. The police had a bit of fun and shared the story in a hilarious post on Facebook.   MORE

  1. Being from Ohio, I can truthfully claim that on more than one occasion, I’ve had pigs try to follow me home. From bars. They got oinky when I told them I was married.

  2. About two years ago, I was house-hunting with a real estate agent. One of the first houses I looked at, the agent opened the door, then quickly shut it again.
    “What’s wrong?” I asked.
“There’s a pig in here,” she replied deadpan.
Sure enough, the homeowners had a pet pig, just like you would have a dog.
Our biggest worry was getting into the door of the house without the pig getting out. We both imagined what it would be like chasing this pig around the neighborhood.
