The Maricopa Board of Supervisors has voted 4-1 to refuse to comply with legislative subpoenas to turn over Dominion voting machines for a forensic audit.
Instead of supporting transparency and making sure there was a free and fair election, they will be filing a complaint in Superior Court.

It would be nice if Gov. Ducey would send in the State Police, but I guess that’s too much to expect.
I’m sure that the machines have already been “bleached” and wiped to remove all incriminating evidence. It must be nice to be a democrat, never have to worry about the law or a judge’s orders.

Tell you want, Maricopa / Phoenix, in the olden days jurisdictions seceded from the Union. Now America wants to eject you from the Union. PDJT needs to federalize the NG, arrest the scofflaws and seize the machines. If they’ve been wiped, that’s and automatic additional Federal charge for election tampering.

They filed a complaint with Superior Court. What is the complaint? Does that move halt the subpoena? Reporters should report the whole story rather than part of it.
Spoilation of evidence when ordered to produce same is not only a felony but also conclusive evidence of guilt under the law … which may not exist anymore for a certain group.
Ive put this question to several siblings who are lawyers, “Is there or is there not a rule of law for a group that can cut you off from all shipments of food and medicine not to mention water and power and can produce 60 million armed men plus most of the cops and most of the military.”
