Revolver: Mark Cuban seems to be the business world’s own version of Joe Biden. It’s almost like he wandered into success and now remains a fixture simply because he’s become part of the backdrop. And much like Biden, Cuban doesn’t seem to know when to zip it. This trait has a way of catching up with him, and it certainly did recently on Twitter/X. There, Cuban openly discussed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) hiring practices, revealing what sounds like a controversial, possibly even illegal, approach. In his post, he outright admits that race and gender are factors in his hiring decisions. This drew the attention of the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s commissioner, who pointed out to Mark that his approach might be not just controversial but potentially illegal, and he was broadcasting this to the entire world. more
