He’s good, so is the guy that Tucker had on this week but no one will EVER top the guy who trolled the Portland City Council.
That guy is a fucking legend.
The green hair was the clincher for me. But he should have used the moniker of “Doctor” instead of professor, it sounds more sciencey.
So I wanted to see that Portland guy again and he did it again! What a hoot. The Council members are sitting there with steam coming out of their ears while he’s smokin’ some drug.

Oceanside??? That’s a relatively conservative area, next to Camp Pendleton.
Appeared to me more of a Borat situation – while I generally like Dice, I think in this video the council members simply gave him his 3 minutes without comment or dissent.
