  1. Fabulous! We don’t wear masks in our area of Florida, except for medical facilities. Oh, and the ABC store, need to test that one while purchasing a $50 bottle of whiskey. haha

  2. There’s a vidjeo of a woman who showed up at a TJs WITH a mask on and they were refusing her service because the day before she was in the store and her 10 year old with autism refused to put it on. So she left the kid at home and returned with a mask on and that’s where the vid begins with maskholes at TJs denying her service. Their only reason for denying her service was cause her maskless disabled kid from previously.

I made a simple comment stating I don’t believe it’s legal to deny her service as a place of public accommodation when she’s following all the same rules everyone else is and complying with local BS mandates.

I still don’t think it’s legal. After about 200 people jumping on me calling me a complete idiot. I still get comments from that video calling me a moron. The number one reason why I’m an idiot is because “a private company can deny you service for ANY reason.” Which I tried to explain that’s not exactly true, especially with disabilities (kid had autism), race, religion, and it specifically states in anti-discrimination law that you can’t randomly deny someone service in a place of public accommodation without applying the same rules to everyone else. It just made things worse. The YouTube maskholes pig piled me mercilessly. Anyways, in the vid the lady said she was going to sue them, and I hope she did and I hope she wins.

    end stupid youtube story.

  3. Did you notice that those people were paying with -gasp- CASH?

What I think is especially sad, along with everything else that has been mentioned, is that masks are isolating people. John Donne wrote “No man is an island,” but these masks are digging moats around everyone. I miss being able to see the faces of people I deal with. It seems like a small matter but I am feeling the loss.

Here it is a provincial regulation that you must wear a mask while in a business. The business has no say in the matter. I don’t want to get the business in trouble. Before the rule was in place I would not go into a business that required a mask and I would not wear one if they “suggested” it. We went into one business, sans masks, and the owner said “Thank you for NOT wearing a mask.” Can’t do that now.

Before they are through, they will tie small little ropes around ours legs and tell us to not move from that area, and people will obey — just as elephants in the circus do.

Get your dignity and self respect back.

That reminds me. When this mask thing is over I’m taking a trip down to Miami so I can suck dick and get my self respect back.

  5. Here in Las Vegas we are very happy to have a new Trader Joes. I am eating their $4 Brocc/cheese soup for lunch right now, very good. They have a great selection of cheeses for much less than the horrid grocery store. Many excellent frozen meals. And the $2 peanut butter! I can eat 1/2 a jar in one day. point is, Trader’s has a very interesting array of different stuff. And there seems to be a higher level of customers. You will see plenty of babes in there, also.

  6. All I have to say is “wanna see Karen on steroids?” I walk right in to the stores I need to shop at. TJ isn’t one of them and I can live without Costco and order my vitamins online. Walmart doesn’t care if you have a mask on or not, they’ll take your money. TJ needs to take a cue to Walmart.
