JTN: Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell on Wednesday appeared to freeze for more than 30 seconds while speaking at a press conference, after having a similar incident last month.
McConnell, 81, was speaking Wednesday at a press gaggle in Covington, Ky., when he paused for an extended period of time after a reporter asked him about whether he would run for reelection in 2026.
