Divided Wisc. Supreme Court Says Trump Lawsuit Must Start in Lower Courts First.

(Headline USA) A split Wisconsin Supreme Court on Thursday refused to immediately hear President Donald Trump’s lawsuit attempting to overturn his loss to Democrat Joe Biden in the battleground state, sidestepping a decision on the merits of the claims and instead ruling that the case must first wind its way through lower courts.

The defeat on a 4-3 ruling was the latest setback for Trump’s post-election lawsuits. Dissenting conservative justices said the decision would forever “stain” the outcome of the election.

Trump Personally Files Lawsuit in Wisconsin Vote-Fraud Saga.

President Donald Trump personally sued Wisconsin officials, including Democrat Gov. Tony Evers, accusing them of ignoring state law while administering the Nov. 3 election and allowing ballots to be tampered with during tabulation.

The lawsuit also names several mayors in cities such as Milwaukee, Madison and Kenosha, as well as Wisconsin Secretary of State Douglas LaFollette.

“The United States Constitution prevents the rules in a Presidential Election from being changed at the last minute by un-elected bureaucrats and local politicians who may have a more narrow interest in the outcome of the election,” said Bill Bock, the Trump campaign’s lead counsel in the lawsuit, in a statement released Wednesday.

Kemp appeared on The Ingraham Angle in the wake of damning security cam footage that showed poll workers in Fulton County illegally processing ballots with no observers.

  2. I’m telling you. There is a profound delusion gripping this nation. So-called conservatives are not immune to it. This constitutional republic is crumbling. It won’t be as easy as merely trusting courts to follow obvious principles of law and do the correct thing. Hard work will be required of the citizens of this nation if they wish to retain their liberty.

It’s stained right now! It’s the justices job to help clean up this mess!

  4. “This constitutional republic is crumbling.”

That’s been happening for quite a while now, it’s just that the magnitude of it has now reached the level that the people are starting to notice it.

Change always happens before it is perceived, and the degree of change before people perceive it is greater each time than it was last time so we keep getting caught by it after nothing can be done to prevent it because the next level is already developing.

  5. They are attempting to run out the clock. I hope the push-back gets Gov Tony Evers rejected in his next election. The little pencil neck weasel is a power hungry, bought and paid for dork.
