DC: Men who identify as or are considering transitioning over to become women will be able to attend an all-female college in Missouri starting in the fall 2019 semester, but it does not apply the other way around.
Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, updated its admissions policy to open it to students not born as girls, “but identify or live as women” as long as there is legal proof that the man is transitioning over to become a woman or is legally a woman. Those identifying as neither male nor female, known as binary students, will also be eligible to apply, according to the college’s revised admissions policy.
The college, however, “will stop admitting and enrolling students who were born female but who now identify as men or who are transitioning from female to male” to remain “logically consistent.”
Students who transition to men during their time at the college will be required to leave after completing the semester. more here

I support their choice to do this. I also would question anyone’s ability to think rationally who chose to attend that school, thinking of it as a good place for an education to prepare them for the world.
LCD, do you also support their receiving of state and federal funds. If they are self funded they can be whatever they want. If they receive tax dollars (which I’m against for education) they can’t discriminate.

Actually, the crazy people at the school are being “logically consistent.” It is child’s play to apply valid logic to get to false conclusions: all you have to do is accept a false premise. Determining whether a premise is false or true is a matter for epistemology, not logic. Epistemology is the theory or science of the method or grounds of knowledge. (OED)

The logic – the syllogism – is valid. But the conclusion (c) is false because the premise (a) is false.
These gender maniacs have accepted the premise that mental illness takes precedence over biological sex at birth as determined by XX/XY chromosomes (there are some abnormal exceptions but they are very, very rare). They can apply logic all day long and still come up with crap conclusions.

I wouldn’t be to hard on LCD. I was serious with my comment. My outlook on life, as far as women, dramatically changed the day my daughter was born. Shit, I’ve driven a ways to terrorize some assholes. LCD is a damn good conservative voice here. Let’s not eat our own.
Brad, I agree, LCD is a great, and I don’t even know him. But if we got state and federal funds out of education a lot of this would take care of itself.

I like freedom of choice – as long as you don’t force others to change their ways to cater to yours. It’s the libertarian way. But while I support the right to freedom of choice of people at this college I certainly don’t want to support it out of pocket!

As taxpayers (in Missouri) why haven’t we the right – the obligation – to say “NO – or HELL NO – we cannot, in any moral sense, financially support this absurdity!”
It’s one thing to force the taxpayers to support socialism, nihilism, stupidity, morons, thieves, liars, murderers, illegal-alien invading rat-people, grifters, con-men (and women), political hacks, toadies, “Green” energy scams, and Carnahan wind farms – but quite another to force us to support absurdities.

I have 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters I am far more protective of them than I was with my son. My son now has a daughter about 2 and a half yrs. old with blonde hair and beautiful blue eyes and he is already extremely protective and very proud of her. He’s hoping for a boy (and so am I) next Summer when his wife is expecting their 2nd child. I had 2 rules when my girls were growing up no muzzies and no cruds, my oldest daughter has a great husband. Her first boyfriend however almost got his ass kicked by me and my son when he called her a bitch and she hauled off and slapped the jerk as hard as she could across the face ending their relationship right then and there. I was very proud of her and told her so. I also told them if ever attacked to kick them in the nuts as hard as they can or break their kneecaps or nose. My son in law is also very protective of her and his daughter.
