Mick Jagger Gets Booed: “We love your Mr Trudeau.”

mirrorUS:

During his recent Rolling Stones concert in Vancouver, Canada, Mick Jagger received a less-than-welcoming response from the crowd as the iconic frontman sparked controversy.

He decided to shout out Canadian PM Justin Trudeau, but his comments didn’t sit well among some of the 52,000 fans in the audience. He hastily tried to curtail the disapproval by applauding the success of Canada’s national football team, who recently made it to the semi-finals of the Copa America tournament.

The tension began when Mick publicly declared his admiration for 52-year-oild Trudeau, stating: “We love your Mr Trudeau.” more

  1. …hmm, Mick Jaggar sparked controversy?

    Gee, THATS never happened!/s

…seriously, just another aging old Communist trying to stay relevant.

It IS interesting however that the people who got famous on “Fight The Power” are now the SAME people in favor of tyranny as long as they keep THEIR money, go figure…

  2. I find it hilarious that AARP is promoting the Strolling Bones concert tour. Mick and Keef are the only original members left in the band, although Bill Wyman is still alive and kicking.

  3. I remember the time he was in Portland Oregon doing a concert wearing an upside down crucifix then bent over backwards to the crowd and ripped his pants open and all his junk hung out.
Mock God and see what happens.

  4. He didn’t read the crowd. Tough Beans, as the Canucks used to say.

The thing he did in Portland, OR. is where he probably did read the crowd correctly. Forget it AJ, it’s just Portland.
