It’s a step in the right direction. But nothing in the Constitution makes the US government a charity. End “humanitarian” and ALL foreign aid.
I bet our “humanitarian aid” especially through the UN funds a bunch of rich dictators who steal the money and use it to live extravagant lifestyles, while the people for whom it was intended, starve to death. Our tax money funding brutal dictators.
