Minneapolis man shoots trans ‘woman’ who made him feel ‘suspicious’ during sex

PM: A Minneapolis man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a trans-identified male after the two engaged in sexual acts in a courtyard.

Damarean Kayon Bible, 25, was charged by the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office with the November 29th fatal shooting of trans-identified male Savannah Ryan Williams, 38, according to the Star Tribune.

Surveillance footage reportedly showed Williams and Bible walking towards the area where the shooting took place at 5 am, with Bible leaving the area alone at around 5:45 am. Witnesses said they heard a gunshot from the area, and that they saw a man around that time walking north from the area along 4th Avenue toward Lake Street. more
