Once highly respected, former South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy has proven to be an abject disappointment, particularly when it comes to spewing asinine rhetoric as a Fox News contributor against President Trump and his allies. But The Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway put him in his place Friday evening.
Hemingway and Gowdy appeared as guests on Friday’s Special Report with host Bret Baier, where they discussed Trump’s surprising picks to lead his second administration. These included former Florida GOP congressman Matt Gaetz, who Trump chose to be America’s next Attorney General.
Hemingway opened up the conversation by telling Baier that Trump’s selections show he is earnest about rooting out corruption embedded in the Deep State and reversing the extensive damage caused by the Biden-Harris regime. more here

Gowdy is yesterday’s schmuck who utterly failed to live up to anyone’s expectations. For him to throw dirt on anyone is beneath contempt. Trump is owed the chance to do things HIS way. If you claim to be on the side of righteousness and can’t contribute anything positive then do us all a favor and keep your gob shut.
Gowdy has always been nothing more than mouth and bluster. He’s never accomplished one thing after “exposing” the corruption and wrongdoing, and then threatening “action”. The on;y action from him has been his bottom jaw flapping. I would certainly not rely upon his opinion about anything.

I think Pres. Trump 45, in hiring wack-0ffs like Pence and Kelly and assorted traitors to high positions in his admin was just trying to reach out “across the aisle” so to speak and attempt to win enemies over to his perspective.
Now, he is hiring patriots, like Matt Goetz. This is good. Very good.

Maybe: Weird Hair and No Cattle. Every time I saw him his hair was different. A guy who can’t decide how to consistently comb his hair should not be in the H of R or any other deliberative body. Even House Turd Nancy Pelosi seemed to have the same hairdo most of the time.
Gowdy’s only job when he was in Congress was to make appear that the uniparty gave a shit about the rule of law when it clearly does not. Fuck Gowdy. He was a worthless piece of shit then. And he’s a worthless piece of shit now.
