‘Moms Demand’ Stood Up

Shannon Watts of Moms Demand Action went to Louisville to protest the NRA Annual Meetings, where she expected thousands of anti-gun supporters at her events. Sadly for her, almost no one showed up.

A1F: Calls for anti-gun activists to descend upon the 145th NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits in Louisville, Ky., were inescapable in the days preceding the event.

Michael Bloomberg’s Moms Demand Action (MDA) scheduled a screening of Katie Couric’s anti-gun documentary, “Under the Gun.” MDA cautioned, “Due to limited space, organizers are asking people to register in advance for free tickets.

MDA-Kentucky’s Pam Mangas exhorted followers to flood Louisville, saying, “We need a big showing. We need to make sure the NRA knows we are here to stay to fight bad gun policy.”  more

  1. Another thought from my pea brain: wouldn’t you think that the jackass represented liberals would be able to make the connection? The more they want to kill 2nd amendment rights, the higher the gun sales.

I suspect gun sellers are giddy when they hear of such asinine demonstrations or a pseudo-caring politician speaking re: gun control.

  2. too bad those mda’s don’t put their political power to good use and target abortion clinics and their supporters if they really wanted to save lives. millions of lives. millions of future voters.

  3. It’s like the BLM protest in Richmond VA at rush hour yesterday. Maybe 20 people showed up, nearly all white, to block I95 at rush hour. I95 is the major north-south interstate on the east coast for those not familiar, running from Miami to the Canadian border in Maine.

13 SJWs arrested. Pitiful turnout on a very stupid mission. Made no friends.

  4. Richmond BLM I95 shutdown update. Of the 13 arrested only one was from Richmond. Mostly white. Mostly old or weird or both. Mug shots looked like a line up from a crack house bust.

One dude was from Weed, CA. Priceless.
