It was a mostly peaceful murder.
“When they caught up to the car, allegedly driven by 19-year-old Isaiah Gomez, Ramos could be seen approaching at which point she was said to have used pepper spray on the occupants before one, reportedly a 16-year-old, got out of the car and allegedly shot her.”
They’ll claim self-defense and no charges will be filed. Unless she’s an illegal, of course, and that might make a difference.
Let me get this straight…
The mother who was shot, aged 33, had eight children. The oldest was 15. They were all visiting grandma’s house but somehow drug dealers knew to park in front of grandma’s house for these aged 1-15-year-old visitors.
Then, instead of taking license plate and calling the police, grandma and mother jumped into their own car, chased down the teen drug dealers, whereupon grandma jumped out of her car, and went over to the teens and pepper sprayed them, whereupon one of the drug-dealing teens jumped out of their car, and went over to grandma’s car where he shot the 33-year-old mother-of-eight.
Obviously, this could just happen to anybody.
Still unknown: whether they are all in the country legally. And where’s Daddy.

Mostly and peaceful don’t go along with murder ever.
Mom and victim are stupid for trying to chase down dealers. She was also really dumb to get out of the car and pepper spray them. The shooter exited the car on the opposite side, went to the curb and then shot. If he’d have stayed in the car, self-defense might be a valid defense. But the threat had subsided by the time he shot.
Mom says they were going to tell them to stop. So, you get out of the car and tell them that. Instead the victim got out of the car and sprayed them. What an absolute moron. This also disproves that they didn’t chase down the dealers to reprimand them. She’s not a victim so much as she’s a Darwin Award winner.
At least she stopped breeding.
I think whatever ‘moral’ of the story there might be revolves around the fact that Oakland Calif is not America anymore. Abandon all hope who dare enter.
I hate drugs and the culture that allows them. I think old style gangsters like the Cosa Nostra are involved. The local dealers are small time gangs but still deadly.
