I asked that question in the comment section of a local news stations Face Book page a couple days ago and was told that three felonies had to of occurred in California. My next question was where had his felonies occurred. Nobody has that info and I can’t find it on line.
PS, I don’t believe the three strike law is written demanding all felonies occur in Cali.
Liberals love to lie about any 3 strikes law by saying all of the felonies have to occur in one state. Bullshit. A felony is a felony. If you commit murder in one state, every state recognizes you as a felon. Even the favorite president of all ‘tards, Bill Clinton, is a felon in all 50 states.
And the reason that he is not in some CA prison for committing more than 2 felonies is because he is an undocumented democrat and they want his 10 votes for Hillary.

I think somebody sealed this guys record up. There’s no specifics in the media and you can’t find anything on line. Sniff Sniff, I think I smell Barry and company.
Name every single FEDERAL AGENT who was assigned in any way to cover this scum.

Simple answer, the three strike rule is for whites.
I have sat in courtrooms and listened while the damn JUDGE would preface his decision by rambling on about the criminals poor upbringing, lack of opportunity, broken families, etc, then give a slap-on-the-wrist sentence. Keep in mind that the past arrests were detailed by the prosecutor – and generally there were multiple felonies. I never heard a Judge do any of that when the defendant was a white. It’s been a few years, but ima guess it’s more so now, especially with the current attitude towards the darling illegals.
