American Thinker: A Palm Beach County deputy is in the hospital and an MS-13 gang member is dead after a shootout during an undercover drug sting in Palm Beach Gardens, the latest in a trend of increasing violence toward police that’s not likely to improve any time soon.
Local law enforcement officials contend the Trump administration recently announced plans to transfer up to 500 illegal immigrants per month from the southern border to Florida’s Palm Beach and Broward counties to help deal with a massive influx of folks attempting to enter the U.S.
The immigrants, who told Border Patrol Florida is their final destination, will be processed through federal facilities at the Port of Palm Beach and released into a community already struggling with crime and public health problems as they await adjudication of their asylum claims, Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw told WPEC.
The gang shooting and Trump immigration announcement occurred on the same day, a coincidence that portends violence, homelessness and other problems will likely only get worse in the near future. more here

This should not come as a surprise to anyone, MS-13 and the authorities are always shooting it out in Mexico and Central America.
The purpose of importing all these migrants from there is to make us more like them, isn’t it?

what if:
communities getting illegals or refugees dumped on them were given advance notice and community comment opportunities, the way zoning variances or enviro impacts are done?
Trump could require the agencies to issue the notices and deal with the comments, but it should be just a bitching session kind of thing. The reason for dumping them there should always be: this is a sanctuary city or democrat dominated region. Let the people of the area have their say, but don’t change the dumping plan a bit – they wanted it(for others), they get it.
I’d be building tent cities in the parks and schoolyards of the most wealthy left wing areas I could find(they can afford it better). They’d sue, but that’d put them in an awkward position.
Kind of what Trump is doing now, I just think they deserve it much bigger and harder.
